CREATING DOCUMENTS
Just click on the ‘Create’ button, choose your application (Word, Excel, etc.) and you’re prompted to label your document in a specific way (or ways). The result? Everyone in the organisation is talking the same language.
ELECTRONIC IN-TRAY
Just like an in-tray on your desk, this is where documents (like previously scanned items or inbound emails and faxes) arrive and are stored before you look at them.
