Fax
Quick Transmission
The AM400's rapid fax transmission time of approximately 3 seconds per page *1 – via a Super G3 modem at up to 33.6 Kbps.

Face-Down Printing
Your faxes are printed face down and in the correct order, so they’re ready to read straight out of the output tray. Face down printing also protects your privacy by keeping documents out of sight of passers by.

Laser Quality Faxes
With the 400, you get high quality laser printed output that retains more detail from the original fax.

Full-Colour Scanning

Sharpdesk™ for File Management
Sharpdesk™ software brings a new level of document integration to your PC. It enables you to effortlessly organise, edit and combine over 200 different file types on your desktop. Scanned files can be printed, e-mailed or archived, depending on your specific requirements.

Button Manager
Using the AM’s Button Manager, you can quickly and easily scan a document directly into an application on your PC. This convenience is extended to a range of applications, including Sharpdesk™, e-mail, Microsoft® Word and OCR.
